Terms and Conditions

We want you to stay safe and well on our tours, therefore we have the following terms and conditions in place.  All customers are designated as guests.

• All guests are to make sure they book tours which suit their own fitness levels and abilities.  Please reach out if you have any questions here, we strive to design tours to suit all abilities. 
• All guests understand and acknowledge the dangers and risks associated with hikes included in tours.
• All guests will listen and abide by any safety rules given by the guides. 
• The guest accepts all risks and dangers associated with the tours, including injury, damage or loss incurred. 
• Alcohol and mind-changing substances are forbidden on all tours and inside the vehicle, the only time alcohol is permitted is during the included lunch, and not to the point of intoxication. 
• All guests acknowledge and agree Australia By Nature shall not be liable for injuries, damage or loss incurred including financial loss, loss of enjoyment and pain.  The guest hereby releases Australia By Nature for these claims.
• All accidents and injuries or damage and loss are to be reported to the Australia By Nature guide prior to the end of the tour.
• All children under the age of 18 are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• If an injury occurs during the tour, the guest agrees that Australia By Nature may provide first aid, evacuation or request medical treatments at the guests expense.  
• Australia By Nature reserves the right to use photography taken during the walks for marketing purposes.  The guest is to advise Australia By Nature in advance of the tour if they wish to not have photos/video taken. 
• Australia By Nature has zero tolerance of bad behaviour which endangers other guests or the guide on any of our tours.  The guest will be asked to leave and if required appropriate authorities will be advised.
