  • Yes, absolutely! Most of our experiences are private tours, meaning it’s just your group travelling with the guide. We also offer a few small group tours in Sydney for travellers who enjoy exploring with others at a lower cost.

  • Yes, most of our Sydney day tours are suitable for children aged 8 and over. We can provide an approved car seat upon request, or you’re welcome to bring your own (must meet Australian guidelines). Please contact us if you have questions about a specific tour’s suitability.

  • Yes, all of our private tours can easily be changed to accommodate the abilities of your group. We can include short hikes, but if stairs are an issue or just sightseeing is preferred, please let us know.

  • We use a luxury Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 4WD for groups of up to 3 people, and a spacious, comfortable Volkswagen Caravelle for up to 8. Both are ideal for day trips from Sydney and exploring the Blue Mountains and beyond.

  • Yes we do! We will ask for more information from you to ensure that we can provide the most suitable day for you. We also have access to wheelchair accessible vehicles and can easily provide a quote for this option.

  • Yes, please reach out to us and we will create a tour for you.

  • Yes, please let us know when we reach out for pick-up details and we will make a note of this. We can be flexible with our private tours and booking a tour can be a great way to spend the day. We will find out how much luggage you are likely to have to make sure the right vehicle is available to include your luggage.

  • Yes! Our Blue Mountains day tours from Sydney are customisable and perfect for travellers wanting to avoid the crowds and discover hidden gems.

  • Bookings are refundable until 14 days prior to the tour, within 14 days – 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee will apply, 48 hours – 0 hours incurs a 100% cancellation fee.

    Our tours operate in all weather, however if a severe weather warning is in place, we will offer either a change of date, change of location where possible, or a full refund.
